Hi guys, I hope you like the HEN, there are some bugs, but Ill give my best to resolve them. Many people told me that some **** guys fake the paypal donation link. ReplyDeleteRun Homebrew (e.g. gpSP emu) -> Press PS button -> select PAUSE GAME -> Enter Sleep Mode.
Expected result:
Run Homebrew (e.g. gpSP Emu) -> Press PS button -> select PAUSE GAME -> Go Back to XMB.
At Notes part of readme.txt had metioned:
- If you lost HEN mode, you don't need to launch Patapon Demo, just resume game and you're in HEN mode again;)
It's similar can't create RESUME GAME in HEN's mode when I running Homebrew apps.
If I want to complete shutdown device, it's should be lost HEN mode.
How do I come back HEN mode from Resume Game under OFW?
I have a psp3000 3G and homebrews only work with the remove memory stick tactic, How is this possible? Also TN when is tn-b coming and how should I use the network update thing in vsh menu?

Root Cause:
Due to put old plugin in ef0:/seplugins/ and vsh.txt setting with ef0 (Build Storage).
Workaround:

ReplyDeleteThe HEN starts fine here if I use the patch a chinese guy kindly did (check on wololo's), but no homebrew or UMD works, it gets stuck on the 'PSP' image/animation and then shutdowns, or it directly shutdowns if I enable skip gameboot. Any ideas? If you need any information or want me to try something, just mail me and ask for it :)
I'm using a psp3000 here, with ofw 6.20. I reset everything to defaults before trying the hen, just in case.

If you don't think, that TN's work is good, or if you think, he had done something wrnog, than just don't use his HEN, and get out of this Blog and get some friends...
@B-RabbiT and the rest: This HEN is only for 6.20. When the 6.35 HEN will be realesed, isn't known. Total Noob will release (or not) his HEN, as soon as it is finished. So just get yourselves a beer or a tea and wait. You will get a notification from TN, when the HEN is ready.

this information will be much more valuable then anything for us.
and we also want to request for the source code of this exploit. the hack you released is free of cost. so we request you to make this a open source project. after all it's your choice to release or not to release source code because this is your work and no one can force you to do this.

ReplyDeleteHi Total Noob. I'm sorry to say I haven't make a donation for your AWESOME work because I'm not working, but you really deserve it. I'm using now TN HEn-B and it's marvelous. In my country PSP games are too expensive (about 20%-25% over average income) and I just could buy 2 games last year, but now I'm very happy although I'll continue buying original games, sure my family (wife and daughter) and me will be gaming more time with our 3001. Many, many, many thanks brother. I don't forget to thank to Wololo, m0squit0, Dark Alex, Liquidzizong and everybody else making the scene bigger and greater. (Sorry for my bad english).

ReplyDeleteI do not understand announces that it is impossible to downgrade to version 6.35 hen when we could test it with firmware 6.31 hen. It is there that a dev will try to at least try to see that his situation? Unfortunately, I would have tried, but the only language I know is the vb. Sorry, but there is not just the 6.35 hen. I am disappointed with the 6.31 hen, no plugins or played through psx roms but then that is already 6.35 hen hen better than 6.31.

k thats fine but i changed my psp ver from ofw 6.20 to 6.20 TN-A HEN( the credit goes to u.)
then i started the 5.50 gen d3, it works fine upto formatting the flash drives then it suddenly shutted down and not booted again, i think it went to fully bricked mode.
so plz suggest me what should i do now.

ReplyDeleteYou seem to misunderstand the situation going on between users of 6.35 PRO and 6.20 TN.
It's not like people who are using PRO hate you and your work or anything else, but it's just that PRO supports PS1 and ISO games and that's currently the 'hot' thing among users. Also the fact that team PRO releases more updates (because they have more bugs xD) draws a lot of attention.
I've been using your HEN till now and I think I speak for all of TN-C users by saying that we respect your work and we DO care whether you release TN-D or not. Because you deliver quality, and you provide awesome bugfixes and new options which other teams don't know how to develop. We love your stuff.
Whether you're going to release it or not, is up to you. TN-C is great and we must not be ungrateful. But know that we'll always support you. The PSP scene is alive again only thanks to one person ;)
